No Filter

It has become increasingly obvious to me (and others) that I have very little or no filter at all.

I say whatever is in my head, out loud. All my thoughts have been pouring out unfiltered. My opinions on topics others are speaking about…swear words…sarcasm…and yes crude jokes.

I was NEVER like this before. As I said before I grew up very shy and certainly never spoke my mind because, heaven forbid, I would have to defend myself and speak even more.

I love to debate..defend my position and speak passionately about what I believe. There is a new spark within that has been ignited with aging.

I love to encourage other woman too. To speak up..to show their power, and to work together..to support each other.

It is so liberating to be able to say fuck whenever I feel like it.

My life has made me grateful for the little things. My work is my passion. I have worked with Seniors for 30 years. I have seen the way we view aging. There are changes coming. In our attitude and our self discovery. Aging is an awesome time of inner growth and development of who we are. We become who we were always meant to be. I love it!
