Why would you do anything else.

I know some people dont have a choice where they work but there are a million ways to make that workplace enjoyable.

Work-Life balance. An overwhelming thought.

I have worked hard to get to the place where I have this needed balance.

To work in a place I dont need a vacation from. Anytime I am not happy-truly happy, I fight hard once again to find a better balance.

My workplace let’s me explore innate needs, the need to be creative. I dont always have time to do it at home…so to be able to do it at work brings balance.

My position is not one that’s creative but I am challenged to come up with innovative ideas. Yeah…my favorite thing. I also have a need ….like Audrey Hepburn said..I have two hands at my age ..one for myself and one for others. I can give of myself. Support, hope empathy. I’m less self centered so I can share of myself.

Finding balance based on innate needs is worth it. This takes time to accomplish. Aging is that time. What a bonus.
